It is
the fresh beginning of a new year and it is the desire of many, to look chic and forever young.
When
the thought of youthfulness is taken in, it becomes our duty to want to be all we can be with the little we have.
So how
do we do that?
Simple!
Get yourself drinking up to capacity. Water is amazing. It is so easy for us to forget what it can do for us.
It keeps cells in shape and assures that dehydration is at bay. This miracle liquid, if taken in large quantities of 1.5 to
3 liters a day, will give you that sparkle on your skin that everyone will be dying for. Beautiful one, if you want to keep
your skin superb you, had better keep yourself drinking water. Therefore drink plenty of filtered water, frequently throughout
the day.
Add
on plenty of fiber onto your diet. Fiber is good for the skin in that it aids in flushing the toxins out the body as well
as giving the cells enough energy to carry out a multiplication, which will enable the regeneration even faster. In the case
of dead cells, it will provide new and better skin cells for healthy skin.
Try out
honey in tea and juices, instead of having sugar and other complicated sweeteners that are easily handy in the grocery stores
these days.
Honey
contains antioxidants that are very essential when it comes to monitoring of the metabolism. Supplements containing anti-oxidants
can also be bought from pharmacies upon the advice of a doctor.
Learn
the art of combining foods properly. For example if you are not used to spicy foods and all over sudden you decided on having
more than you can take, the results can be disastrous because allergies and other reactions of the skin may occur making you
have undesired marks that could live scares about.
Eat
plenty of essential fatty foods. These include oily fish and olive oil. These essential fatty foods are what the body cannot
do without. By grubbing a hold of them into your system, it will guarantee you the benefit of doubt as you marvel at your
lovely skin.
Cleanse
your skin from day to day by taking vegetables and fruits. One can make vegetable juice, fruit juices and take other fruits
that can aid with the cleansing process. When the body gets cleansed it tends to show that sparkle and shine to the world
to see of.
Letting
go of caffeine and its products is no easy task. And if you are like me who takes coffee and coke all day you are at a dead
zone. For your skin does not need caffeine to flourish. Instead caffeine makes the skin subject to wrinkling and guess what?
Old age signs will be spotted by others even before time. So if you are wise simply forget it…
Salt
is another of the condiments to rid yourself of, when it comes to the everyday salty dishes. A salt encourages the aging of
skin and robs it of its water and moisture. Eating less salt is better than the raw salt that is often added to food without
many knowing the dangers of salt to there skin.
Reduce
foods that tend to block the pores. Such as:-: red meat, dairy, refined foods, fried foods that contain hydrogenated oils
or fats.
Finally
ensure that you develop a relationship with honey. It is said that when honey is applied onto skin for 30minutes once a week
it will lead to an immaculate glow.
This
happened to be one of those beauty treatments our ancestors used. No wonder they had such beautiful skin!
All these
tips are yours for the taking so why not have the loveliest of all skin this fresh Year? Try it out!
