GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF NICKYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES
1. Motivating young people towards achievements via USE of their gifts and talents.
ii. Help the youth to work towards self-actualisation of their maximum performance of their
abilities via the created venues.
iii. Create over two million jobs for the youth’s via NICKYWOOD opportunities of self-employment.
iv. Create a venue for identification, promotion, and utilization of artistIcal works i.e.
music, writers, directors, movie actors, dancers, drawing, painting, advertising and .
v. Contributing towards economic growth
vi. Eradicate poverty via job creation
vii. Help the youth become part of a working nation & provision of practicum and attachment
for students.
viii. Promote the achievement of millennium development goals (M.D.G.s)
ix. Meet the needs of the un privileged in the communities through casual jobs, self-employment,
charity events, ability identification and utilization, gifts and basic needs contribution at our level of performance
x. To link all the talents, gifts, opportunities abilities and artistically done works with
the right job, companies, NGOs, CBO, and promote partnership with other media services.

ABSTRACT
Nicky
Wood Media Services (NIMESE) has an objective to employ a staff of 200 people permanently, 1000
people casually and countless promotion of artists, movie actors, movie editors, dancers musicians, promotion of companies
through
advertisement, this is beside our agenda to promote the gifted / talented and all the poor and
destitute, street kids, orphans and all the unprivileged youths in our Nation. Currently we have come up with a project to
run over 20
years. This project will be a series of movie acting namely by a team “Criminal Investigation Unit (C.I.U)”. This
is a typical movie series the kind of E-RING, C S I or ALIAS but will be based in Kenya. The ideas
will be culturally fit for Africa setting and original. The series is targeting over 1000 people to work in every single month
hence job creation. It’s an idea that is new in Kenya and which every company that has 21st
century business of poverty eradication will support, promote and contribute as the companies get advertised too
